….The man who invented gluing in table tennis. — It all started when I was playing with my brother and had to change the rubbers a few times during a practice session. When I put the old rubber back on again it was such a difference that I continued to play with fresh glue. Everybody was asking about the sound of my racket and I responded that I was using special glue that my brother had bought. Everybody wanted to buy this glue from him. For more than one and half year I managed to hide from my competitors always gluing in secret back at the hotel or at the toilet….
